Can team members be involved in other programs or institutions?

Yes. External or informal contributors are allowed, but:

1. Only registered and selected members receive program benefits
2. External members are not covered by program facilities, funding, or mentorship

Your team is fully responsible for:

1. Managing collaboration and workload
2. Aligning commitments and expectations
3. Managing split-focus risks

The program does not regulate how teams structure or outsource work, as long as it is legal and ethical. All IP remains fully owned by your team.
